If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us for assistance at care@medicos.com.my within 30 days of your order's purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee a return, refund, or replacement to remediate the order issue you experienced.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return or refund shipping unless it is a manufacturing defect. Once the order issue is confirmed, refund will be processed via original payment method.
All orders that have been fulfilled and shipped cannot be canceled.
Orders that have not been fulfilled can still be canceled but a 5% processing fee will be charged. Refund will take approximately 1-3 working days to process.

XÙ HydroCharge™ Surgical Face Mask is MEDICOS 3ply surgical face mask that is made from 40% XÙ Natural EcoFiber. Powered by HydroCharge™, MEDICOS best-engineered filter to date.
XÙ Natural EcoFiber material is made from natural wood pulp fiber blended with binding agents to form a sturdy fabric stronger than paper. This naturally derived material makes it hypoallergenic and gentle toward sensitive skin.
It is not recyclable however up to 40% of XÙ HydroCharge™ Surgical Face Mask is made from XÙ Natural EcoFiber which can biodegrade over time under landfill conditions, thus reducing the carbon footprint towards the environment.
XÙ Mask is made of 40% natural EcoFiber which can biodegrade over time. It is the lightest surgical face mask that can deliver 99% filtration efficiency, 55% better breathability & filters up to PM 0.1 fine particles.
XÙ Mask is currently available in one regular size (175mm) and one color (Stone Blue).
