If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us for assistance at care@medicos.com.my within 30 days of your order's purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee a return, refund, or replacement to remediate the order issue you experienced.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return or refund shipping unless it is a manufacturing defect. Once the order issue is confirmed, refund will be processed via original payment method.
